Hooper has been fortunate to have served as a long-term partner of EPIC over the span of several years, assisting in the construction of numerous office buildings and support facilities on the 950-acre site.

Each of the commercial buildings are uniquely themed environments complete with high-end finishes, dining spaces, underground parking ramps, as well as connection tunnels and extensive site development.

Hooper’s Mechanical Division has provided a wide range of plumbing, HVAC and fire protection services buildings included on Campus One, Farm Campus, Storybook Campus, Deep Space Auditorium and others.

Sustainability has been a top priority on all EPIC projects. Natural daylighting, photovoltaic solar power, storm water filtration and geothermal heat pumps are all elements that have been incorporated into construction, and honored for their environmental excellence with the recognition of many industry awards.
